      Avantages

      There are no pros for working for this company.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is low, management is awful and never supportive. Some people that have been there for years are actual snakes - they will try managing you out of the business (especially if you are a woman as I've seen it happen more than once in my time there), and rob any opportunities you may find. They don't offer any training, however they promise there is budget for that. Majority of the benefits they promote don't actually exist. They are not flexible and are trying to force staff back to work full time in the office (even if they have no need to be there, or space to accommodate staff).

      Avantages

      Variety of venues and experience learning how to use equipment…

      Inconvénients

      …by being thrown into the deep end with a huge lack of on-site support. Conversations with management and HR to address inhumane working hours for technicians were never listened to. Extremely clique-y and push people with connections in the business higher than those without connections that are much more technically adept. No respect for prior commitments and a huge communication gap between line managers and technicians. Questionable choice of freelance technicians, from sexist dinosaurs to people who can’t operate PowerPoint.

      ROBIN and his group of cronies Poor leadership just sycophants in higher management, sexsim that goes un punished
