      Avantages

      You can make a difference, great coworkers, generous time off and 403B packages. The company is well managed and there are growth opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Health benefits are great for individuals but very expensive for families (unless you are a Senior Leadership Team member or a provider). Pay scale not always equitable. Workload can be very high.
