      Prestaciones conforme a la Ley.

      Inconvénients

      No te dan nada de visibilidad de cuánto duran los proyectos. Proyectos cortos. Constantes tiempos en la banca. Layoffs de un día para otro. No hay seguridad laboral.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
