      Avantages

      Low expectations, good start for Juniors

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. Low salary level, lower than lowest market salary. Cutting costs for everything, then making 100 million dollars of net profit. Everything is prohibited(Salary raise, relocation, annual bonuses ) for you as a Junior-Senior specialist, but turns out it was prohibited personally.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
