      Avantages

      Epam is a solid friend who will support you in a time of need. Lots of good people with incredible talent and dedication. Great opportunity for those living in Eastern Europe and Latin America. Good health insurance packages.

      Inconvénients

      Below market average pay for engineers. Huge hurdles impeding any growth within the company.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
