Your resource manager should be able to provide guidance, however, it is still up to individual EPAMers to upskill, prepare for project interviews and advance their career through networking, peer feedback and learning opportunities.       Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
