      Depends a lot of the client, some clients are really good and you can learn a lot with them

      Inconvénients

      Depends a lot of the client, some clients are really bad and in those cases EPAM doesn't help much. The criteria of position levels(senior, lead, etc... ) isn't adequate

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
