      Avantages

      — Variety of the projects — Kind human resources — Interesting projects (but depends on where you will be assigned)

      Inconvénients

      Regarding project that I worked on: — Monkey business, you have no idea what are you doing — You can be assigned to the project on which completely different skills required, and you have different background. — Career grow is really painful. I was waiting for almost a year until my promotion application approved, but I already left the company. It was easier, than getting promotion in EPAM — Most of the team leaders care more about company than you. You're being treated like a resource which can be used as much as they can squeeze from you — Toxic environment.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
