      great work culture Professionalism at its best. good resources. ever growing company. good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Only challenge is being low paid and working. Any good talent would easily get away from company. Need to revise payscale for freshers.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
