      Avantages

      Stability, hugeness in terms of technologies and projects. Wast stack of projects varying from ecm ,crm to financial.

      Inconvénients

      1.) Bureaucracy - both minor and major issues are often hard to solve. 2.) Management often doesn't hold on to employees who worked for a long term.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
