      Avantages

      Interview and Onboarding process was really easy and friendly. There is lot more focus on transparency on all the levels. Leaders and managers support and push employees to grow more, they provide all the required help. One word: admirable

      Inconvénients

      Nothing major. There are limited on-site opportunities. Not a complain, and cannot complain because it was mentioned earlier itself.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
