Avantages
Both the Conshohocken and Philadelphia offices are great work environments. The company provides a lot of comfort amenities like drinks and snacks and a weekly pizza lunch. The talent is exceptional, and the work that is done is top shelf. The client list is impressive. The people and culture here are very pleasant, and overall it is a nice place to work.
Inconvénients
You are completely on your own for career development. They recently started talking about it at company meetings, but there is no evidence that anything has actually been done. They are now a small part of a much larger international company (EPAM Systems), so some of their workforce is now off-shored for cheaper labor. They used to be more nimble and flexible as a small company, but the processes and paperwork delays of the larger company are dragging on everything now.
