      Avantages

      Beautiful big office, work life balance, few OT. Free learning resources. Some people here are smart and friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Packaged with US enterprise style but local IT outsourcing inner. Fairly speaking, your experience depends on the team you join. As for mine, there is no leadership, no baseline of professional ethics, only micromanagement. You mostly would work with colleagues don’t have any decent industrial experience or professional training, but with arrogance and sufficient office political skills. Team promote competition with negative energy. Malicious comments for the left employees. Highly recommended to be prepared before you left.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
