      Avantages

      I can't think of any pros at all....

      Inconvénients

      Cleared technical round Had managerial discussion with manager. Asked me about my expectations and role and location. But what i receive feedback from technical recruiter is that I missed technically in managerial round. It was joke of the day as no tech questions were asked in managerial interview. I would recommend that nobody should be trapped with the lucrative description of EPAM. The name should be change to SPAM.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
