      Avantages

      - Great place to work if you are passionate about technology and especially AI (yes, the company is moving to be truly AI-native) - Interesting and challenging projects in various industries around the world! (EPAM has over 70 locations) - Strong company values and management not only preaching but truly following those values (Humble, hungry, smart) - Good promotion opportunities if you are truly making an impact on your client's projects - Competitive salary and good benefits package - Opportunities to move to another EPAM location if there is a business reason for it

      Inconvénients

      - Like all big corporations, things can move slowly, you need to be patient (like my recent promotion cycle took almost 6 months - but it was worth the wait!) - Projects can be different and you could happen to have a "difficult customer" - but it could be a very good opportunity to learn navigate challenging situations and conflicts

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
