      Great place to start off a career. You get a lot of exposure and skills that translate with other firms while getting a lot of hands on experience.

      Hours and training are rough in the beginning.

      Avantages

      Exposure to diverse clients and industries. Small workforce leads to close bonds between employees and a genuine sense of camaraderie. Excellent benefits package.

      Inconvénients

      Management is often difficult to work with, although has improved. Organizational structure is constantly changing, which can lead to confusion regarding chain of command. Company workforce is often under-resourced, leading to unwieldy or irregular workloads.
