      Avantages

      Competive pay, your able to work at your own pace. Owners Dave and Carrie are amazing, their doors are always open. I've gained great sales experience while working for Dynamic Sales Innovations, both inside and outside.

      Inconvénients

      The work can be tough, but management allows you to get up, take breaks when you need to. Overall a great company to work for.

      Avantages

      Family company, If you need time off for family, Dr's appointment, etc. it's no problem. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.

      Inconvénients

      If you don't perform you will be let go, DSI pays well and only keeps the best people. Anyone complaining about working here did not put in the effort to succeed. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.
