      Avantages

      What I liked most was being able to be myself and use my creative spirit. They reward good performance and offered all kinds of small perks to keep me motivated.

      Inconvénients

      Its not really a con but the company held employees to high standards. Some may be resistant to coaching but management helped me to be my best. Outside of that they didn't offer health insurance, that's the only reason I left.

      Avantages

      Family company, If you need time off for family, Dr's appointment, etc. it's no problem. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.

      Inconvénients

      If you don't perform you will be let go, DSI pays well and only keeps the best people. Anyone complaining about working here did not put in the effort to succeed. This is a small business that does millions a year so the owners are will to compensate you.
