      Avantages

      The company has a diverse and friendly environment.

      Inconvénients

      No opportunities to grow. Promotions does not guarantee a raise. Annual reviews and raises are purposely postponed by management, sometimes over a year late, or skipped altogether. Hard workers aren't recognized or properly rewarded. Starting wage is low and stays low throughout the years.

      Wonderful team. The job is interesting and challenging. Broad responsibilities allow for experience that you would not get otherwise.

      Inconvénients

      Work can be stressful, and upward mobility is not apparent.
