Work on interesting projects that are important to advancing science and the betterment of mankind. Many capable and smart people working at Draper.

Inconvénients

Bureaucratic company. If you are not located in Cambridge, it's very difficult to get appropriate recognition for work and accomplishments performed.

Everyone is super nice and there is opportunity for movement upwards and into different departments.

Inconvénients

Pay is a little low but other then that absolutely amazing.
