Avantages
The product team is made of talented specialists who are friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest advantages of working here is the option for full remote work, which is great for work-life balance.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, I have experienced micromanagement multiple times that led me to feeling burned out and demotivated. Leadership seems more interested in outputs than outcomes and has a tendency to challenge decisions that have already been made. This approach can be frustrating and can sometimes create a broken situation as it influences general well-being and motivation of the team. It's worth mentioning that recently there is no possibility for integrations/off-sites where the team can bond so sometimes I feel like we are being treated more as workers than contributors. There are also times when top-down decisions are made without any consultation or discussion with the team.
