Discounts I've met some really nice people

Random shifts, they expect you to read work related messages in your free time, low salary, lots of work, very poor managment. Even the discounts are actually limited. They give you a standard sum of money to spend and that's it. You pay full price afterwards. They always find excuses to treat their employees like they don't matter: not enough money to pay more than minimum wages, too little money to employ more people, the managment expects the employees to manage themselves. They only gaslight you into being more and more productive while trying to convince you that things are awful financially, which is why they put so much on your shoulders.

You get to learn a lot about almost everything, the team is great

low salaries and not enough communication between departments
