      Avantages

      Treat their employees very well - good perks and compensation. Nice culture and people to work with. Very flat company structure - you may chat to your chief like he is your team mate.

      Inconvénients

      Poor marketing team asking you to make "cool" things with no knowledge of what they want. No specs, no feature lists, no documentation - you should use a glass ball to understand what the market needs and implement it.

      Avantages

      Team spirit and loyalty high, most employees very devoted and willing to go over and above for customers. Company outings awesome!

      Inconvénients

      No comp days for required weekend work, upper management often rants at Employees, communication not well centralized or organized, days often spent fighting latest fire.
