Avantages
-Some really nice co-workers, unfortunately not a single nice "leader"
Inconvénients
-They are not transparent or honest, they trick you and say anything for you to take the job, then change your contract to try and pay you less and lead you on. -They pretend to be "culture focused" and "open to feedback", but they are not. Any feedback is ignored and used against you, by belittling and being toxic to employees. Never in my career have I seen "leaders" talk down to employees in such a way. -Extreme micromanagement from "leaders" which shows how insecure they are in their ability to lead anything. -No onboarding what so ever, guidance or support. The only way to figure out how to do the job is help from some co-workers in the PM team, but everyone is so busy and directionless, that this isn't enough to replace training. -I was hired a few months ago in a group of 4 people. The others all had the same problem. Clearly the management have no idea what they're doing and will continue to do the same due to their own arrogance and delusion.
