      -Variety of skills in your scope of practice such as IV starts, wound care, POC testing, EKG, and etc (in the ER) -Nice PRN requirements and schedule options for students

      Inconvénients

      -Overdelgation by certain nurses -Pay is alright -Wasn't a fan of the culture
