Avantages

Having no "real world" experience after graduating college, they provided a way for me to gain that experience and get out of there as fast as possible. They installed a top of the line coffee/lattee machine and even though I had only been there a month were generous enough to give me one day off to enjoy the birth of my first child.

Inconvénients

Very toxic culture, the developers thought all of the stake holders (sales/SEO/Content teams) were all idiots. They thought the developers were all lazy and trying to get out of work. The Lead Developer had been promoted to CTO while I was there and I felt I lost a lot of autonomy. I was being micromanaged on projects down to the classes I needed to make. Very low pay

Avantages

I really enjoy working at Dealer eProcess. Good benefits, and time off accumulates pretty fast after the first year. Flexible managers, especially if you have a quick doctor's appointment.

Inconvénients

They host a quarterly meeting which in the past has ran too long. They changed it up this year and it was more engaging.

Avantages

The PPC team is a really really great group of people. Top-down. They have a fun culture in regards to the way all the employees interact with each other, and how everyone's so friendly. The PPC team doesn't really want you working past the bell. They want you to go home when it's time to go home, and they'll make sure you know it. I think that it comes from being a younger team, with the oldest in-office member being early 30's. Everyone on the team will help you, if you need it.

Inconvénients

The pay is bad, and it's difficult to make more in the role. You can move up, which comes with a 5 grand increase, after 3-6 months of working there. Their bonus structure is based on call reviews and doesn't pay a ton. The max you can make is $1,000 per quarter as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist if you have an incredibly high score in order to earn it. High turnover, usually. I can guarantee it's primarily because of the client-base of dealerships being frustrating, and the poor pay. Only negative thing I can say is that the managers and heads of the company sometimes make it feel like you're going to get fired. 4 different people on our team have expressed that feeling, including myself, which is not how a manager or high level associate should be running the ship. I don't think it's a long term solution if you're looking to make more money in the future. They know they likely won't retain you for incredibly long amount of time (5+ years), so they aren't as open to helping you develop your career past your daily tasks.
