      Meeting great people, learning new skills.

      Inconvénients

      Going to to many sights in one day cleaning to make your hours.It takes to much out of you.

      Hello, I think you may have chosen the wrong company when leaving your review. We are an assisted living community and we are located in Plano, Texas. We only have one location. You may be looking perhaps for another company that is also named DaySpring? Thank you

      Avantages

      Christian community Flexible schedules Caring management Many of the management have worked there for years Full 8 hour shifts and paid lunch break.

      Inconvénients

      The benefits are okay but could be a little better. There is no 401k or retirement plan. The turnover of caregivers is a a little high but that is true everywhere.
