Very low attainment across the floor. Account quality is poor. Same patch of accounts consistently worked by AE’s. 5 percent hit quota last year

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Inconvénients

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
