Avantages
Professional Environment -- The company operates on a very professional basis, providing a structured and organized work setting. Strong Leadership -- The CEO sets a strong standard for open and direct communication, which I greatly respect. Collaborative Teams -- Working with colleagues in marketing and engineering has been enjoyable and productive.
Inconvénients
Managerial Communication -- I've encountered challenges in having regular communications with my manager, including clear goal setting. Organizational Silos -- Post-acquisition, different groups within the company seem to be operating in silos, which can hinder cross-functional collaboration.
