      When available, the work is pretty enjoyable, and offers a good challenge.

      Inconvénients

      There is often not too much work available if you don't code in multiple programming languages.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

      1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
