      Avantages

      Salaire, disponibilité au travail, flexibilité de l'horaire de travail, horaires illimités (pas de min ni de max), prenez congé quand vous le souhaitez.

      Inconvénients

      Travail de type 1099 (vous devez retenir votre propre impôt sur le revenu), manque de conseils personnels directs pour vous améliorer, donc pas d'avantages, mais le potentiel de rémunération compense cela.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
