No definition of the required hours to maintain employment Zero transparency on required standards of work Little to no communication from management Service is intentionally designed to disallow contacting their support Your work is going to be used to train AI models, yet the entry assessments are judged by an AI instead of a human, resulting in wild unpredictability and extreme bias with regards to being accepted.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
