      There is always something to do. Nobody is watching your back to make sure you're working, so you can take a break and come back whenever you need to. Life comes first.

      Inconvénients

      You have to monitor your own time. Pay attention to detail because every project has different requirements and they change occasionally.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
