      Avantages

      I'm able to work whenever I want - usually I work in two-hour intervals.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the site goes down for a bit or I run out of available jobs based on my experience, so I don't end up working full time.

      Avantages

      Pay is solid for contract work. Projects are consistently available. I love that I can work when I want for how ever long I can.

      Inconvénients

      Limited feedback on submitted work, no idea if I'm doing an okish job, or turning in high quality work. The only way I know for sure is project keep showing up on my dashboard.
