      The work is good when there are projects ongoing. Apart from that, the job is kind of fun

      Inconvénients

      It is 4 months that I don't have a consistent amount of tasks. So do not rely on this for your income

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
