      Avantages

      Fantastic platform for remote work. The company staff and site admins are always available, helpful, and supportive. Schedule and workload are entirely self determined and it can easily be a primary income source or lucrative side hustle. Job complexity is also self determined ranging from grab a hot beverage and your tablet to having ten tabs open, five windows, and a writing pad on your desk. The best part is the diversity of the available areas of expertise like coding, math, education, creative writing, deep research, shopping, finance, etc.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly my only gripe is that the website has glitchy scrolling sometimes.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

      1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
