      Avantages

      Pretty detailed with instructions and very helpful with jogging my memory of a positive work experience. Something that i have not experience and a very long time.

      Inconvénients

      It would be so clutch if I could pick up the phone and contact support when necessary.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

      Inconvénients

      1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
