      Avantages

      Since all works are remote, I can manage my working hours at my own schedule, which is a huge plus. I like how every projects are different so it keeps me interested and focused everytime a new project rolls in.

      Inconvénients

      The amount of projects are inconsistent or it varies all the time.

      Avantages

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Inconvénients

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

      1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
