      The product is innovative and interesting The more experienced people at the company are a pleasure to work with Good PTO

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is clueless when it comes to product knowledge and refuses to take accountability for countless mistakes. They promise change but keep repeating the same errors. Little appreciation for individuals who perform above and beyond expectations New hires brought in by leadership have no product knowledge and don't contribute to the company in a meaningful way

      Every company has perks and quirks. Datacubed is no different, but for my job role the only con is low awareness that we are working to combat.

      Remote company and few nice folks

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn’t know what’s going on. All they do is go to conferences and product is degrading. No vision, no future plans not sure how it’s still in business.
