      Avantages

      pays well, decent medical, 401k is great. they match dollar for dollar 1st 3 %

      Inconvénients

      they do not care about employee and pretty much let you know that. Managers do almost nothing to help individual employee and will not fight for any employee. They are sheep and just follow the lead with no questions asked

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
