      Avantages

      Pros for working here are as follows. Good pay Bonus program

      Inconvénients

      Cons are way too many to list. First this place is no longer a family oriented or being on team where everyone helps each other out. Been a few times I have asked for help and was told there is nobody to help me it’s your job do it your self. Also this place all depends on who you know to get moved up which is wrong

      Great and caring company to work for.

      Communication between HR and management could avoid an employee doing work they can’t physically do.

      Avantages

      People are great with. Overall great company.

      Inconvénients

      Wish there was more focus on team work. Working as a team. Not having only a few people get the help from others and the rest are on their own. This you to be a place where they cares for us like family now it seems to be all about numbers which I understand but at one time this place was all about looking out for one another and helping everyone. Does not feel like that anymore.
