      Avantages

      Currently less chances of posting outside Delhi. Most of the service years will be in delhi.

      Inconvénients

      1. Less opportunity of growth in operation department. 2. Has to work in shifts. 3. No promotion chances. 4. Has to work of holidays also. 4. Work environment can be professionally tense as it is service sector organisation.

      The work culture was good and got to learn a number of things in the metro rail world
