Avantages
- After my internship experience with this company, I can confidently say it has been one of the best opportunities I have been given. - The office environment is friendly and welcoming, which also prompts an atmosphere where everyone is free to share their opinions, what they are working on, asking for help, etc.. - This opportunity allowed me to work alongside 4 other interns to complete 2 main projects. One, to plan all aspects of an influencer event from the top to bottom, and second to create creative and trending TikToks for the company. - Through these projects, I strengthened my teamwork skills and gained new skills in planning and organization. I was also able to build very strong connections with those that worked at this company - Finally, for the interview, I felt that I was really able to share my passion for marketing and my experience with the interviewer, unlike other interview processes that don't want to really know you.
Inconvénients
-For future internship cohorts, maybe instead of two big projects encompassing the internship, there should be more smaller projects or one big one and then a couple of projects, but either than that everything was great!!
