      Fun atmosphere Schedule is pretty flexible with prior notice Simple enough work No commission means no pushy sales tactics

      Inconvénients

      Customers are sometimes rude Pay starts low and rises slowly Senior management can be demanding of their districts No commission so less pay Competition between locations is a big deal Theft is a problem and can ruin a good day.

      Avantages

      Great team environment with strong support throughout the organization. I enjoyed collaborating with both my direct team and the store teams.

      Inconvénients

      There honestly were not many negatives. I really enjoyed the team environment, felt supported, and had a positive experience overall. Like any role, there were occasional busy or challenging periods, but nothing that outweighed the positives of the position.
