      Great possibility to work for Skoda (even for Motorsport division) for decent money and and higher freedom since you don't care so much about corporate rules of VW. Great management which cares about employees.

      Inconvénients

      You never know whether Devinn will win service providing tender for Skoda for next period so no sureness in your future but it's same for all external companies for VW.

      Great opportunity to work on interesting projects including motorsport - work for skoda rally factory team Good management, good relationship between employees and company.

      Inconvénients

      Salary might be better, they keep a lot of money for themself
