      Avantages

      It is a small company so working there you get to do a lot of different things.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult working conditions, no care for employees' satisfaction. It's a private company so favoritism and nepotism runs very deep. There is no HR department or anyone to go to for help. The company is bleeding money and often does not stand behind the products it claims to "manufacture."

      Avantages

      Fully expenses travel, great work environment, reasonable pay. Tons of learning potential.

      Inconvénients

      Occasional extremely long shifts, occasional excessive traveling. Has proven difficult to manage the work/life balance at times.

      Good people to work with. Sorry to see the Company shut down due to Covid.
