      Long probation and will ask staff to leave if company think the staff can’t make it . Even work for a years

      Avantages

      Flexi hours, but it depends on the HOD's mood. They'll still be sarcastic even though it's the only good perk.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. Always push the blame to employees. Management working style like 1980s. Not even replying to email. Verbal abuse is common from the top management. Incompetent HODs who are not even qualified to be directors. As long as you can make the top management happy, you get the role.

      There is not career progression and learning curve.
