      Avantages

      1.For Fresher lots of things to learn. 2.Perhaps the best part is job security.

      Inconvénients

      There are ample of cons which I personally found. 1. No work Life balance. 2. Bond even for laterals(You have to pay 3 months salary if you leave within one years span). 3.No bus facilities even cab facilities are also hectic. 4. No flexible work hours.
