Your coworkers are awesome, but everything else is awful. You get set up for failure, there is no direction or any sort of guidance in your position. They constantly criticize you to the point where you question your own abilities. They pile on work and expect it all to be done, NOW. They don't teach you anything you don't know, you are expected to learn about anything online, by yourself. The communication sucks, no one wants to come over and talk to you, they all do it through e-mail. If you don't understand something, too bad. The CEO and business manager argue so loud they close the door. There is also a lot of talking behind the back of ex-coworkers. The CEO is a grouchy old man who thinks he is right about everything and anything. If he is wrong, he puts up a stink about it. I never worked at a place that was so mentally unhealthy, set you up for failure, and where no one was on your side. If you are expecting a healthy work environment, don't. You should probably pass this place up if they offer you something.
