Avantages
So I'm probably bias, being the Head of Ops currently here, but for me the pros of Cumulus a many and varied. Small team with a great spirit looking to push the boundaries about what is expected from a regional studio. Lots of room for people to learn and grow across multiple disciplines (if they so desire) and/or really given the space to specialize in one particular discipline. The company is investing in new technologies, HR procedures / crew learning, and system processes to help continue to grow into the next phase that we are moving towards. We also highly value work/life balance. It's a BIG one for our core values. Not to mention that we have just moved into an awesome new office space that overlooks the river in beautiful Ballina
Inconvénients
Small studio just growing into a bigger one, so there are some teething issues / growing pains, but we are working on them. Listening and learning.
